SAGA Property
SAGA Property is the main system, in SAGA the Sales Agent enter information about Property, about Clients. The Agent then posts property to different websites and keeps track of leads generated, in SAGA or in SugarCRM for the intense Sales Agents. The Agent can create number of legal documents, for offer, sale, deed, rent, etc. The Agent can calculate outstanding loans, new loans, etc. The Manager of the office can create Agents (if wanted), keep track of properties and progress of sales. Management reports can be generated to track the operation. In case of Group of Sales offices or franchise operation then the Administrator can create Sales offices and manage the group of Sales offices.

Document Center for written Offers, Contracts and Deeds. Provides documentation of sale/rent, keeps track of the buying process, work-flow.
SAGA Loan Calculators (included in SAGA Property)
Module for Management of cost of buying property, calculates payments of current loans and calculates cost any new loans.
SAGA Transport (included in SAGA Property)
Module for Management of Property website listings List and updates changes to properties on Media/ Property websites One-time input and update of property details to all Property websites. Propagates in real time to all portals and other Media, Softverk has plans to support 10-20 free and paid for Property websites.
SAGA DarkPool (included in SAGA Property)
Local Property Search engine (Darkpool). Searches internally to the Sales Agency/group of Sales Agencies Properties for sale or Rent, including Properties that are not yet listed on any external Property website. DarkPool is a tool to generate more internal sales.
SAGA CRM (included in SAGA Property)
Customer Relationship Management (includes SugarCRM)
SAGA supports in its work-flow many CRM functions to support relationship to customers, prospects and leads. In addition SAGA has a full module of the popular SugarCRM system integrated into SAGA to support further the Property Sales and Rental Team work.
SAGA Chat (included in SAGA Property)
Module will provide Chat services to the Sales Agents in local office or linked offices. This Chat service is similar to the popular Chat services in Facebook, Skype and others (end of 2016).
SAGA Email Support (included in SAGA Property)
SAGA supports multiple Email functions within SAGA, in addition SAGA supports Horde, GMAIL, MS-Exchange/Outlook and other popular email clients for the Sales Agent to work with.
